\ud835\uddda\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee \ud835\udddb\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddee \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf9 realizada en las instalaciones de la D\u00e9cima Zona Naval, en San Blas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 21 de abril de 1914, cadetes, marinos y poblaci\u00f3n civil veracruzana defendieron el puerto ante la invasi\u00f3n de fuerzas extranjeras, acci\u00f3n que se escribi\u00f3 como un honroso momento de nuestra historia nacional, por este motivo se celebra su aniversario cada a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presencia del Ombudsperson nayarita en estos eventos fortalece la relaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n entre los niveles de gobierno y las fuerzas armadas para garantizar la paz, la seguridad y el
