Luz del Carmen God\u00ednez, presidenta de la CEDH de Jalisco, el Mtro. Pablo Rojas Dur\u00e1n, director ejecutivo de la CEDH Nuevo Le\u00f3n, el Lic. Luis Alberto Estrella, director de investigaci\u00f3n de la CEDH Guanajuato y el Dr. Marco Antonio Tinoco \u00c1lvarez, presidente de la CEDH Michoac\u00e1n y anfitri\u00f3n del
